What days are the games played?

 

Recreation League games are played on Saturday morning/ afternoon in the Fall and Sunday afternoon in Spring.Travel games are on Sunday afternoons for both Fall and Spring seasons.

 

What times are the games played?

 

It is impossible to know the exact time of the games prior to the week previous to the start of the season.This is due to the uncertainties of the number of teams, scheduling conflicts of coaches with multiple teams, and available fields and equipment.

 

When are the registrations held?

 

Walk-in registrations are held in January for the Spring season and April for the Fall season.For your convenience you may also register online at www.chusa.net 24 hours a day 7 days a week.The costs to register are the same regardless of the method you choose to register.

 

What if I�m not comfortable registering online?

 

Walk-in registrations will be available and you can mail-in your registration, if you desire.Mail-in forms are available via our website or you can pick up a hard copy of the form at Soccer Locker or International Sports Center. Please read the directions and fill out the form carefully.Return the form with your remittance to the address given on the top of the form.

 

Where are the registrations held?

 

The registrations are held at several of the Cherry Hill schools.Typically, it has been at Beck Middle school (Room 51), and the Woodcrest school (New gymnasium).Watch this web site for details in January for Spring Registrations and April for Fall Registrations.

 

Can my player play with their friend?

 

There is a field on the registration form to make such a request.We try to honor requests, but we cannot guarantee that all / any of your requests can be fulfilled due to coach / parent availability, and team capacity.

 

 

 

Can my player play with their previous coach?

 

There is a field on the registration form to make such a request.We try to honor requests, but we cannot guarantee that all / any of your requests can be fulfilled due to coach / parent availability, and team capacity.

 

Do I have to have experience to coach?

 

You do not have to have experience to coach.What you do need is a willingness to learn the game and continuously improve your coaching ability.We will help by providing licensing courses, guidance to information sources available through print and via the internet, and will be happy to help you in any other way possible.As a volunteer coach you are one of the most important factors in the success of our recreation program.�� As you become more skilled you might find, in later years, a continued interest in coaching for a travel team.

 

How can I join the board?

 

We continually search for parents interested in creating the fun soccer atmosphere that CHUSA creates for your young players.�� Since we are all volunteers, the more help we have the easier it is on everyone.The length of your commitment can be decided before you begin, and your task will be clear.

How can I get a refund, if my child doesn�t like playing?

 

As considerable effort is involved providing refunds, CHUSA prefers to credit the funds toward the next season.However, refunds will be provided if the CHUSA Director of Administration is notified in writing (preferably email).

 

Refunds are handled in the following manner:

Full refunds are granted in the following cases if CHUSA is notified in writing (preferably email) prior to the start of the season.

1)      If the player has a medical condition prior to the start of the season.

2)      Players with religious and cultural school conflicts.

 

Refunds minus a $30.00 processing fee are granted in the following cases if CHUSA is notified in writing (preferably email) prior to uniforms being ordered.Alternatively, a full credit can be applied to the next season.

1)      Players decide to attend a different activity.

2)      Players who go to other clubs.

3)      Players who decide they don�t want to play.
